Buying behavior is the process of deciding on the particular good to be purchased; it is an activity that involves acquiring, using and disposing a product. Perhaps the most important question that marketers ask themselves is why buyers choose to buy a particular product. Marketers who have knowledge of buyer behavior do understand why a buyer makes a purchase.
