• The questionnaires should be reviewed and updated periodically to gather information on quality systems, the general history and the organizational structure of the supplier Regardless of the degree of urgency, the need to receive a letter of consent and a duly completed questionnaire and your consideration will be emphasized before sending a trial order. The purchase department and the Quality Assurance department review a duly completed questionnaire received from all vendors.A technical staff meeting must be organized on both sides to assess their capabilities before visiting the vendors.
