The Indian equity market witnessed mixed activity today, with the Nifty closing at 24,971.90 (-0.5%) and Bank Nifty ending at 56,059.35 (-0.8%). Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) remained bullish, injecting ₹5,591.77 crore into the cash market, while Domestic Institutional Investors (DIIs) offloaded ₹1,874.38 crore, indicating profit booking.
