We do Rhinoplasty by Open method which involves a very small scar at the columella of nose. There are a few stitches applied inside the nostrils, which are absorb able and not visible. So practically, there is no scar visible on the nose.
Most of the swelling after Rhinpolasty subsides in 2 to 3 weeks and the best result is appreciated at average 3 months. Swelling is maximum at nasal tip, in cases where nasal tip modification is done. We are using special Rhinoplasty instruments for Osteotomies and for bone rasping which makes our results better with minimal swelling.
